Which mobile agencies should you compare in Belgium?
Gaspa Agency, icapps, Digital Unicorn, November Five, Tapptic, Deuse and Nubios are seven agencies to consider when building a mobile app in Belgium. Match their references to your needs: launching an MVP, modernising an app or connecting a service to business systems. The best agency for your project is one that can demonstrate its ability to design, deliver and maintain that scope.
Three principles for a useful shortlist
- 01Examine delivered projects and the agency’s specific contribution.
- 02Compare a common scope: product, UX/UI, iOS, Android and back office.
- 03Include testing, publication, access and maintenance in the proposal.

How this selection was prepared
This editorial selection is written by Guillaume Gasparini, founder of Gaspa Agency. Gaspa develops mobile applications and is included here, so we have a commercial interest in the subject. Presentation order is not a quality ranking. No place in this article has been sold.
We selected seven agencies with a public mobile development offering in Belgium or aimed at this market. The table distinguishes stated locations from advertised service areas. The services, locations and references cited were reviewed on their official websites on 22 October 2026. Sources appear below each profile. The selection is not exhaustive: an agency outside this list may also suit your project.
We have not tested their services, audited their apps, checked availability or requested a quote for your project. Suggested areas of fit are our interpretation of public information. Confirm the proposed team, its role in the references, pricing and commitments when you contact an agency.

Gaspa Agency: product discovery, design and mobile apps in Brussels
Based in Brussels, Gaspa supports the creation and evolution of iOS and Android apps, from discovery and UX/UI to development, back-office systems and store publication. The aim is to connect the mobile interface to the usage and operations behind it.
Three case studies describe our work: Alba Golf for an AI-assisted training MVP, Hummingbird for a concierge experience redesign and ProtectU for geolocation and citizen safety alerts. They distinguish the requirements, our intervention and the deliverables. They do not guarantee another project’s results.

icapps: mobile products, architecture and integrations in Antwerp
icapps presents an offering spanning strategy, architecture, digital products and integrations, with an Antwerp address. Its portfolio includes an offline-first mobile application for Sibelga’s field technicians and a mobile signing project for Digitaal Vlaanderen.
Consider these references when an app needs to connect multiple systems or support field teams. Ask how synchronisation conflicts, access permissions and service continuity are handled in a project comparable to yours.
05
Digital Unicorn: mobile app design and development for Brussels
Digital Unicorn presents a mobile app offering aimed at Brussels, covering discovery, UX/UI, development, testing, publication and maintenance. Its website features mobile references including the Lou by Wudo social network and the Book Village book marketplace.
An option to examine when launching a mobile product or a marketplace with a web component. Request a demonstration of a comparable project, the agency’s exact contribution and details of the team assigned to your project. Its Brussels page describes a service area; confirm workshop and support arrangements.
06
November Five: designing and evolving mobile products in Antwerp
November Five lists its headquarters in Antwerp and presents digital product projects. Its My BASE case study describes product management, strategic design, UX/UI, mobile development and data strategy.
This reference is worth examining if your app is a customer service channel expected to evolve over time. Ask how releases are prioritised, journeys are tested and the product team works with your internal teams.
07
Tapptic: strategy, UX/UI and mobile development in Brussels
Tapptic describes digital strategy, UX/UI and iOS and Android development services, including React Native and Flutter, with a Brussels location. Its TEC case study presents a mobile platform built in collaboration with TEC, Idweaver and Tapptic around mobility and traveller information.
Consider this offering for a mobile service connected to a wider digital ecosystem. Ask for each contributor’s role, the team assigned to your project and the responsibilities for maintenance.
08
Deuse: custom apps in Liège, Brussels and Hasselt
Deuse lists offices in Liège, Brussels and Hasselt. Its mobile service page describes discovery, design, phased development and follow-up. It features a Spa GP application with a circuit map, race information and tickets.
An offering to examine for custom applications with intermediate validation steps. Request a demonstration of a comparable project and a clear distinction between corrective maintenance, hosting and functional improvements.
09
Nubios: mobile apps and business analysis in the Liège region
Nubios describes a base in the Liège region and a mobile offering combining needs analysis, UX/UI, development and store submission. Its website also includes a Flutter offering.
An option to examine when mobile supports a business process. Request a comparable mobile reference, a demonstration and an explanation of connections to existing software. Publicly described capabilities should be confirmed by the people and deliverables in the proposal.

How do you choose a mobile development agency in Belgium?
Start with a use case: booking a service, tracking a field assignment, communicating with customers or accessing a service. Describe who uses the app, in which context and what must work in the first release. Send the same brief to two or three agencies to obtain comparable proposals.
Proximity in Brussels, Wallonia or Flanders can help with workshops. It does not replace team availability, communication in your users’ language or clear validation steps. Specify whether the product, support and content need French, Dutch and English.
11
Budget, timeline and technology: compare the same scope
There is no single price for creating a mobile app in Belgium. Cost depends on user journeys, authentication, payments, geolocation, offline use, integrations and back-office requirements. A useful quote separates discovery, design, development, testing, publication and support, and identifies recurring third-party costs.
Ask what belongs in the first release and what can wait. The timeline should distinguish the agency’s work, your approvals, external dependencies and store submission. A date stated before these elements are understood remains an assumption.
Discuss native development, React Native, Flutter and PWA options in relation to usage and constraints. Clarify required device capabilities, supported devices, maintenance skills and trade-offs. A technology choice alone does not establish an agency’s quality.
